Required Documents (from Applicant):

• Property Rental Agreement Letter (1 year legalized by notary);
• Copy ID/KTP of 2 Local Helpers (Balinese if in Bali);
• Original Domicile Letter from Banjar or SKTT (Proof of Residence);
• Police Report Letter (Registration Residence Letter);
• Bank Statement (USD 18.000/year) or (USD 1.500/monthly income);
• Curriculum Vitae (CV);
• Health Insurance (1 year);
• Passport (18 months Validity);
• Copy of Marriage Certificate (If married to local);
• Photo on a Red Background;
• Last Visa Document.

Mandatory to have sponsorship from Travel Agency:

• Guarantee letter from the Guarantor which is a travel agency (PT FLADO INDONESIA UTAMA is a licensed tourism bureau in Bali).

Steps to get Retirement KITAS Onshore:

• Submit all the requirement documents and register your Retirement Permit in Local Immigration;
• Visa Conversion (from previous Visa to KITAS). Bring your passport and all the copies of the required documents to our Visa Office. We will process them to the Local Immigration Office and obtain re-entry permit KITAS. This process takes about 4-6 weeks;
• You will be needed to attend for Biometric (Photo and Fingerprint) in Immigration Office during this process;
• You will receive your Passport back and KITAS permit.

We can do Pension KITAS if you are in Bali. Look at the Total Fee column. This will be the final price for you. Only licensed visa agencies can apply for this type of KITAS.

Process duration

• Onshore KITAS/Conversion from ITK (B211A) to KITAS process will take approximately 4-6 weeks.
• The offshore process for obtaining Retirement KITAS is not available from December 2022.

• Retirement visa is multiple entry.
• You need to start extension 2 months prior to expiration or start the KITAS closure process 2 weeks prior via EPO.
