I immediately texted them on WhatsApp and they confirmed that I need a tourist visa that needs to be done online prior to arrival in Indonesia. My flight was literally in 24 hours. They did an impossible, they made my visa literally 5-6 hours before my flight. I believe that it was a miracle. When they issue an e-visa, it is done through the Indonesian Immigration website and you can validate it throughout the different stages of the visa process.
